Andy and Marg are very proud to have finally produced their first vintage of wine for Silversprings.

This is not just another bottle of wine grown with love and care on the family vineyard for the past 17 years.

Special attention has been made to get just he right flavours. Only the best fruit has been sourced from the wonderful Margaret River wine region. Both red and white is perfect for you to enjoy any time, or while relaxing during your stay in our chalets either by the wood fire in the winter or on the verandah on a summer's day.

2009 Cabernet Franc Malbec Merlot

A Bordeaux style blend with olive, plum and chocolate aromas. Integrated French Oak affording a subtle cedar note.

Palate
Medium bodied, shaping a long length of flavour where fine repe tannins give a pleasing soft finish.
